2012 Goals:

- 1. Increase membership and club revenues while keeping dues @ $20.00

- 2. Increase engagement of all members

- 3. Enrich members experience and Increase benefits to members

(Member are asked to bring specific ideas to share at meetings to achieve these goals)

SAM 148 Tentative  Meeting Agenda*

* (IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be at least one, but probably two professional Lectures during the year. These events will necessarily change the below general agenda.

7: 10 Short Business Meeting (Doors open at 7:00 P.M.)

7: 30 Program Theme (bring a theme trick to perform)

- Jan.  Impromptu or from pocket magic                - July  No Meeting,  Vet Show

- Feb.  Rope and/or rings or paper                        - Aug. No Meeting  

- March   Stand-up Magic or egg magic                  - Sep. Opener trick or card magic

- April  Performers from another club                     - Oct. ESP / mental and build a trick

- May  Money magic & mini-flea market                   - Nov. Contest & elections for 2013

- June  Walk-around Magic                                   - Dec. Holiday Party

 For each meeting, we wish to also present Teach a Trick (bring a simple trick to teach; it does not have to fit the theme). In addition, for each meeting we will present Work-Out Trick (bring a trick that you would like feedback on from the members).

We still have openings for a few new members who love magic; join us. We will continually search for lectures to fit club requirements.  All members are ask to sign-up in advance to perform at least for two or more of the above events. In addition, members can sign up at the meeting. Members who are willing to do a mini-lecture (remarks on magic & two or three tricks that illustrate key ideas) please let a board member know.
